At FEEDCOM we have redefined the notion of quality control, each of the company’s staff is aware that excellence is everyone’s business, thus each person must feel concerned and must act responsibly.
The role of the quality department does not go beyond being a coordinator between the different services.
MANUFACTURING DIAGRAM
This diagram gives an idea of the continued presence of quality control throughout the manufacturing process, from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of the finished product. This work is done through procedures and recording sheets that allow full traceability of the manufacturing circuit.
